Transparency and accountability are essential principles of effective local governance. Pursuant to Section 59 of Republic Act No. 7160, which requires the posting of ordinances and resolutions in conspicuous places, and in accordance with Municipal Ordinance No. 793, Series of 2026, entitled “An Ordinance Establishing the Official Digital Bulletin Board of the Municipality of Mataasnakahoy”, the Municipality of Mataasnakahoy recognizes the need to enhance public access to legislative measures through both traditional and digital means. Through the establishment of the OFFICIAL DIGITAL BULLETIN BOARD, the Municipality shall provide a centralized, accessible, and reliable online repository of municipal ordinances and resolutions, consistent with existing laws and policies promoting government transparency, accountability, public participation, and digital governance.
