Transparency and accountability are essential principles of effective local governance, and pursuant to Section 59 of Republic Act No. 7160 requiring the posting of ordinances and resolutions in conspicuous places, the Municipality of Mataasnakahoy recognizes the need to enhance public access to legislative measures through both traditional and digital means by establishing an OFFICIAL DIGITAL BULLETIN BOARD that will serve as a centralized and accessible online repository of municipal ordinances and resolutions in accordance with existing laws and policies promoting government transparency and digital governance.
